Returns PolicyWhen placing an order for products through our website, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. Refunds will only be given on damaged goods, or items that are the wrong size. If your product is the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered. Items being returned are to have tags on them and remain in original condition. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. ShippingShipping prices are the standard Australia Post rates. Generally, Products in stock are delivered within 5 working days of payment being received, when shipped to an Australian address. Please allow up to 10 working days for products that are not in stock and to be ordered from our suppliers. Please note, some products may not be available from our Australian suppliers, therefore they will be an overseas order which can take up to 12 weeks.
